Welcome to art!
This year I will be teaching art from kindergarten through fifth grade. Elementary students will have art once per week for 50 minutes and fifth-grade students will have art once per week for 55 minutes. We will study art history, the elements and principles of design, art in other cultures, have the chance to experiment with new materials and learn how to become critical thinkers and effective communicators.

I graduated from UW-Stout in 2006 with a BA in art education. I had the pleasure of teaching K-6 grade art for 4 years at the Dover-Eyota School District, and K-6 grade art at the Galesville School District from 2011-2012. This will be my 12th year teaching art at Pardeeville Schools! I enjoy working with ceramics, painting, drawing, spending time with family, and outdoor sports including rock climbing, canoeing, and fishing. I look forward to opening students up to the world of art and relating that knowledge to other areas of the curriculum.
