All students new to the Pardeeville area who will be entering 5th-8th grade should register online by going to the Pardeeville School District web page and following the directions there.

Once all of the online enrollment and registration items have been completed, as well as the below documents are turned in and completed to the Middle School Office we can arrange a time for a tour.
Smith Bus Information
You will need to bring the following information with you:
*Birth Certificate - State issued or certified copy
*Proof of residence - Provide a copy of a bill or correspondence with your name and address on it.
*Parent's Driver's License that is registering student
*Student Immunization Record
*Registration Fee of $20
